StellaKliniken is a private clinic of dermatology, with or main focus on medical stimulating treatments and surgery. Since our doctor is a specialist in dermatology, however, we can offer evaluation and treatments of most types of skin distorders. You are welcome to make an visit with us without referral from your family doctor. Medical evaluation and treatments In Sweden, most medical evaluations and treatments are covered by the social security system, and are thus offered at subsidised prices. StellaKliniken does not have a contract with the superintendency Council, which ways that we can not offer medical treatments (or any treatments) at subsidised prices. As a consequence, we rarely treat purely medical problems, and focus on stimulating treatments. If you have a Swedish social security number, and have medical issues, you should therefore primarily contact your family doctor or make an visit with a clinic of dermatology that is unfluctuating to the social security system (a private clinic or a clinic at a local hospital).  If you have a Swedish social security numer and require medical superintendency for dermatological problems, you may contact Hudläkartjänst (phone: 08-711 34 00, www.hudlakartjanst.se), that share our premises in Stockholm. They have a contract with the superintendency Council and offer superintendency within the framework of the social security system. If you don't have a Swedish social security number, private superintendency is usually your only option, regardless of whether your concerns are of a medical or stimulating nature. In some cases, however, private medical insurances may imbricate evaluation and treatment of medical issues. If you have a private insurance you have to contact your insurance visitor to find out what regulations wield in your case.  Stimulatingor cosmetic treatments If your concerns are of an stimulating nature (that is if your concerns are not a threat to your medical health), they can only be treated at a private clinic, since these types of treatments are not covered by the social security system.  This is the specimen plane if the treatment requiered has to be preformed by a doctor (for example requieres surgery). StellaKliniken offers a wide selection of variegated stimulating treatments, such as removal of moles and birthmarks, treatment of acne scars, variegated types of peeling, blepharoplasty, treatment of discoulourations, as well as injections with fillers and Botox. It is easiest to find us if you take the escalator from the street level of the Central Station up to Klarabergsviadukten. When you exit the station, navigate the street superiority (Klarabergsviadukten), and turn left (towards Kungsholmen). Continue straight superiority until you reach a towers with "Klara Strand" written on the archway - this is Klarabergsviadukten 90. Pass through the entrance, and contiue straight superiority into the building, until you reach a sign saying "Hus C" (House C). On your right hand side you will find a glass partition with an entry phone. Please printing the number for Hudläkartjänst (as we share the same premesis), and the receptionist will unshut the door for you. Take the elevator to level 10 (Hudläkartjänst). When you exit the elevator you will find your self in the reception area. Please take a queue ticket and wait for your turn. At the reception please inform the receptionist that you have an visit for StellaKliniken, and she will inform our doctor that you have arrived.
